Senior Appointment at Büyük Şefler Group: Tolga Terzi Assumes Role as COO

Tolga Terzi assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at BigChefs on September 1, 2025. Terzi will focus on increasing the company’s operational efficiency and growth targets.

With over thirty years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Terzi studied Political Science and International Relations at the Business University of America. He has held executive positions at Reysaş Holding and Sports International. After working in various roles at BigChefs between 2007 and 2018, he left to pursue his own investments, and now, he has rejoined the group.
