Established in Ankara in 2009, Büyük Şefler operates with its brands BigChefs, Numnum, Numnum Streetfood, Buselik, and Akademi BigChefs and, as of March 31, 2025, provides services with a total of 138 branches and 1,523 employees, including 125 branches across 29 cities in Türkiye and 13 branches in 11 countries abroad. Türkiye’s leading full-service restaurant chain brand, BigChefs, which is the Group’s flagship brand established in Ankara in 2007, creatively incorporates the concepts of local products, local flavors, women producers, and sustainability into its menu and service philosophy and is rapidly advancing towards becoming a global brand by opening its first international branch in 2014 and its first European branch in Frankfurt, Germany, in 2019. The company’s capital is divided into two separate classes of shares as Class A registered shares and Class B bearer shares. According to our articles of association, Class A shares are granted the privilege of nominating candidates to the Board of Directors, preferential rights in the exercise of preemptive rights with respect to Class A shares, privileges regarding certain qualified general assembly resolutions, and privileged voting rights at General Assembly meetings. Class B shares do not carry any privileges.
