BigChefs Turns Over a New Leaf in Flavor with Its New Summer Menu
The brand, guided by the motto “Always for the better, always eat better,” launched its menu reflecting the freshness of summer in May. Traditional flavors were brought together with modern interpretations.
Salad and Soup: “Başbaşı Bulgur Salad with Beluga Lentils” (with fresh herbs) and “Ayran Aşı Soup with Purslane” served cold.
Main Courses: “Big Shish Kebab” (with Anatolian ingredients), “Chicken Schnitzel with Beğendi” (with mushroom sauce/eggplant beğendi), and “Chicken Milanese” (with various cheeses).
Healthy Option: “Fried Salmon Salad with Crunchy Green Lentils” (salmon with teriyaki sauce, sprouted legumes).
Smoothie: Options with dragon fruit, peach, and peanut.
Spring Water: Flavoured with grapefruit, dragon fruit, and peach.
Mocktail: Virgin Petit Beurre.
“Mountain Berries with Warm White Chocolate” was added to the dessert menu as a fresh touch.
