BigChefs has established “Academy BigChefs” with its 18 years of experience. The objective is to create equal opportunities in terms of education, provide economically disadvantaged young people with an occupation, and develop professionals who will add value to every area of the industry.

The eight-week program covers essential culinary skills, world cuisines, knife techniques, sauce preparation, menu planning, food safety, and customer relations. The curriculum includes theoretical lessons and six-hour intensive practical training.
