Academy BigChefs Graduates Its First Cohort!

BigChefs’ education platform, Academy BigChefs, has graduated its first cohort into the industry following a training program completed between April 16 and June 18. The training was carried out in collaboration with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Institute, İstanbul ISMEK, and the Regional Employment Office (BİO).

Participants who successfully completed the training started working directly at BigChefs branches in the position of “commis chef.” The participants were supported by the İŞKUR NIYEP Program incentive.

Brands such as Unilever, İnoksan, Paşabahçe, Pınar, Robot Coupe, White Uniform, Unox, Cambro, Kapp, Bonna, and Lipton provided technical and equipment support for the program.
